On this floor you will also find a guest toilet, fully fitted kitchen, and an exterior secure utility area. On the first floor, we have two bedrooms, both ensuite with full walls of storage space and wardrobes. On the top floor, we have the 3rd bedroom, ensuite, with fitted wardrobes and two extra storage rooms to house office, toys etc. All the bathrooms in the property have underfloor heating, it is fully airconditioned (hot/cold) and there is a private garage in the basement with space for a large SUV as well as a fully equipped laundry area. What do we love about this house? The space, the quality and the fact that it’s a blank canvas, freshly decorated in a neutral tone ready for it’s new occupants to start to enjoy.
